About us

A Windows troubleshooting publication you can actually trust.

FixWindowsHub exists because most "Windows fix" content online is recycled, untested, or written by people who have never opened WinDbg. We publish detailed, verified guides written by working systems engineers — the same people enterprise IT teams call when something breaks.

Verified, not generated

Every fix in our guides is tested on real Windows 10 and 11 builds before publication.

Microsoft-certified review

All content is reviewed by an MCSA/MD-102-certified engineer before going live.

Root cause, not symptoms

We explain why something breaks — not just a list of registry keys to try blindly.

Our mission

Windows powers more than 1.4 billion active devices. When something goes wrong — a BSOD on a work laptop, a failed update on a parent's PC, a driver conflict on a gaming rig — people need a clear, trustworthy answer fast. Our mission is to be the source they reach first and the one they cite to others.

How we write our guides

  1. We start with real incident data — what's actually breaking on real machines right now.
  2. We reproduce the error in a controlled environment (Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11 23H2/24H2 VMs).
  3. We test every fix end-to-end and document the exact steps that resolved it.
  4. A Microsoft-certified engineer reviews the article for technical accuracy.
  5. Articles are re-reviewed annually or whenever Microsoft ships a relevant change.
